Our partial planning package helps refine your vision, recommend remaining trusted vendors, review contracts, organize timelines, and provide guidance wherever it is needed. We step in to streamline logistics for your event(s) while making sure every moving piece is cohesive and well-managed. This package is ideal for couples who want to stay hands-on while having an expert by their side.

Beginning 12 weeks before the wedding, we take over vendor communication, confirm logistics, finalize timelines, coordinate floor plans, and troubleshoot any last-minute changes. On wedding weekend, we oversee setup, manage the schedule for each event, coordinate vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly from  the start of the festivities to the final minute of celebration. This package allows you and your family to be fully present while we handle the behind-the-scenes execution
